We chose it because of its proximity to the Bernina train. The location, proximity to markets and shopping areas, the comfort of the rooms, the cleanliness, the little gifts left in the room for us, the breakfast and the behavior of the staff. everything was pretty perfect. My advice to anyone staying at this hotel is to definitely walk to the old town (3 minutes) and along the river there. At the end of the road, where the Rhine meets the river, you'll be surprised.

The room was big enough with spacious bathroom (two sinks even). Comfortable beds and free bottled water in the fridge. Very clean premises (everything seems brand new). The staff is very attentive and paying attention to the details. The breakfast provides big variety of quality food (white tablecloths also meant a lot to me). In short, it is a family-run hotel that provides the quality level of 5-star hotels.

By beside train station which was great for early berina express train! Easy walk to old town, christmas market. There are also supermarkets and food nearby. Parking available right at the doorstep. Top notch service by the staff especially Fabio and Lina. I left something important in the room and checked out on the way to other cities in Switzerland and Fabio and team tried very hard to contact me and went out of the way to deliver the parcel back to me safety and quickly. Cannot thank the team enough, didn't expect such helpfulness and hospitality. Highly recommended if you are visiting Chur.

Hotel is situated within 2 mins walk from station but not noisy at all. Room was perfect. Very clean and a good size. Bed was large and extremely comfortable. The free bottles of water in the mini bar and the little chocolate on the pillow was a lovely touch. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. On check in, your Chur Guest Card is given to you . This enables a discount on travel around the city and on the cable car to Brambruesch.

The location is merely a one-minute walk from the train station, with shops and restaurants conveniently nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable for three guests, featuring a pull-out sofa bed. The dining area was aesthetically pleasing, and the breakfast offered was enjoyable. The staff was welcoming and attentive, providing us with drinks. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Only a few minutes walk from the train station and lots of wonderful shops and restaurants. The breakfast spread every morning was perfect and we loved the morning breakfast pamphlet left on the table with the daily weather, ideas of what to do and where to go if you perhaps didn’t have a plan and restaurant of the day. The rooms were nicely done and very clean. Only downside for me was the pillows, we didn’t find them very comfortable, however a quick stop to Ikea sorted that out. Otherwise nothing else to fault.

Location fantastic literally across the road from the train station which we came into from Grindelwald and went out on the Bernina Express All staff we encountered were smiling, friendly and helpful. Rooms modern, well appointed clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered a really good selection of hot and cold food and coffee made by the lovely Gabi was amazing. She was our standout person so friendly and cheerful for the 2 mornings we were there.

For me,it was a very pleasant experience to stay at ABC Swiss Hotel. Only for one night,but very relaxing after a 12h journey. Very clean,all the things you would need(even a candy on the pillow,an umbrella,tee and coffee)a balcony with wonderful view and very much politeness and smiling faces. Which is important when you are in a foreign country.There was little things (such as mails with welcoming and safe trip wishes,in the day before arrival,or a little swiss chocolate at check-out) that make you feel not a simple impersonal tourist,but a respected guest. Very good breakfast,very good location,near railway station (1 min.) and the old city.I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for your hospitality! A very good tourism management!

All needed was present in the room. Quite good beds and shower. Breakfast was just OK. Free parking at the hotel is rare. So that was a good surprise. The bottled water was as well pleasant.
